Andra is a Partner at Atama. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial transactions, foreign investment, and regulatory advisory. He advises multinational corporations, financial institutions, investors, and emerging businesses on complex transactions and strategic investments across a broad range of industries in Indonesia.

Andra has particular experience in regulated industries, including financial services and healthcare. He advises payment service providers, financial technology companies, and insurance companies on transactional and regulatory matters under the supervision of Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and regularly represents clients in their engagements with Indonesian financial regulators. In the healthcare and life sciences sector, he advises investors and operating businesses on investments, market entry, and the regulatory considerations affecting transactions and operations.

Beyond these sectors, Andra advises clients in the manufacturing and chemicals, consumer goods, plantation and agribusiness, technology, e-commerce, and logistics sectors, and frequently coordinates the Indonesian aspects of cross-border transactions. His in-house experience through a secondment at one of Southeast Asia's leading e-commerce enablers informs his practical, commercially focused approach.

Andra is admitted as an advocate by the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). He obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Padjadjaran.
