Anne is a Partner at Atama, having been promoted to the partnership in early 2026 after previously serving as a Senior Associate.

She advises both domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, foreign and domestic investments, banking and finance, and capital markets. Her experience spans a wide range of industries, including plantation, trading, mining, shipping, and technology.

Throughout her career, Anne has been actively involved in complex transactions, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting legal due diligence and regulatory analyses, advising on corporate structuring and governance matters, and assisting clients throughout all stages of transactions. She regularly works closely with clients' management teams and other stakeholders to deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice.

Anne obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Indonesia in 2014 and is admitted as an advocate by the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
