Zaskia is an Associate at Atama. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Brawijaya in 2023, completing the programme in 3.5 years. She subsequently earned a Master of Management (M.M.) from BINUS University in 2025, combining legal expertise with a strong understanding of business and corporate strategy.
During her studies, Zaskia actively participated in a range of academic and extracurricular organisations. She served as Vice President of External Affairs of the National Chapter Indonesia of the Asian Law Students' Association (ALSA Indonesia), Assistant Secretary General of the Brawijaya Model United Nations Club, and a Researcher at the Business Law Community of Universitas Brawijaya. She also participated in the UNSW Private Law Moot Competition.
Zaskia has extensive experience advising and assisting clients on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, emerging company transactions, corporate restructurings, market entry, fundraising transactions, foreign direct investment, legal due diligence, and general corporate advisory matters. In addition to transactional work, she has experience advising on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, employment, and licensing matters.
She has advised and assisted both domestic and multinational clients across a wide range of industries, including technology, fintech, insurtech, healthcare, consumer goods and retail, food and beverage, manufacturing, engineering, and agribusiness.
Zaskia is recognised for her ability to deliver high-quality work under demanding timelines and to manage multiple transactions effectively in a fast-paced environment.
