Pria is a Senior Partner and Co-Founder of Atama, with more than 21 years of experience advising on complex corporate, capital markets, financing, and regulatory matters in Indonesia.
He regularly advises multinational corporations, financial institutions, private equity firms, and leading domestic companies on mergers and acquisitions, direct and strategic investments, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, debt and equity financing transactions, and financial sector regulatory matters. He has extensive experience in both conventional and Sharia-compliant financing transactions and has led numerous high-value domestic and cross-border transactions across a wide range of industries.
Pria is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and is registered as an Indonesian Financial Sector Legal Consultant with the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK). He is also a member of the Indonesian Financial Sector Legal Consultant Association (HKHSK).
Pria obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Pelita Harapan in 2005, a Diploma in Islamic Finance from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in 2009, and a Master of Commercial Law from Melbourne Law School in 2010.
In recognition of his professional achievements, Pria was named "Commended External Counsel of the Year" by the In-House Community in Hong Kong.
